Young Researchers Day

The Science and Technology Museum (STM) in collaboration with the Department of Employment, Career and Liaison of the University of Patras organized in the Auditorium of the Museum, on Thursday, April 30, in the framework of the World Intellectual Property Day, the seminar entitled "Young Researcher Day".

The event, which was addressed to undergraduate and postgraduate students and young teachers, included a rich program with lectures by professors from various departments and institutions of the University of Patras, during which useful tips for success were given to those who are about to take up or are already preparing a dissertation or research paper. More specifically, issues of research ethics and copyright laws were presented and discussed, ways of successful topic selection, elaboration and presentation of research work, while, in the third section of the event, ways of utilizing and publishing research in scientific journals, conferences and thematic museums were presented.
