Siemens telephone booth
The Siemens telephone booth has a coin receiver that accepts users' coins and recognizes them automatically. After inserting the coin, the user can call the number he wants and speak for a specific period of time.
The telephone booths operated in public places, such as stations, airports, and squares, but also in private places, such as hotels and shops.
Public pay phones and phone booths were popular from the 1950s to the 1990s, when the mobile phone had not yet appeared, and people used public phones to communicate with their friends and relatives.
