Introductory Network Event "Me and Others on the Internet: Can I Trust Them?"

The Introductory Experiential event in the context of the Health Education Network of Primary Education of Achaia with the Science and Technology Museum of the University of Patras "ME AND THE OTHERS ON THE INTERNET. CAN I TRUST THEM?" took place on Friday, February 26, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. and was co-organized by the Science and Technology Museum and the Department of Health Education of Primary Education of Achaia.

The following schools participated: 2^nd Elementary School of Patras, 5^th grade, 45^th Elementary School of Patras, 4^th grade, 46^th Elementary School of Patras, 4^th grade, Elementary School of Temenis, 6^th grade and 10^th Elementary School of Aigio, 6^th grade.

The aim of the Network was to raise students' awareness of the dangers of the Internet in an experiential and participatory way, to make them wonder and think, to deepen their understanding and to create, and to help them develop critical thinking and to understand the rules to be safe on the internet.

It included presentations, discussions, observations, experiential activities and many games designed by the staff of the STM, UP and implemented with the contribution of interns and volunteers.
