Final Network Event "Museums for a Better Society"

On Friday, May 29, 2015, at 10:00 a.m., at the Science and Technology Museum, the second event of the cycle "Museums for a better society" was held, to celebrate International Museum Day. The event was co-organized by the Museum and the Department of Cultural Affairs of the Directorate of Primary Education of Achaia. Participating were the schools of the Cultural Network of Primary Education Schools of Achaia with the Science and Technology Museum of the University of Patras, “The students talk about the collections of the STM UP & they inspire, learn, create”.

As part of the event, the school groups that participated in the network presented their work: Kindergarten of Kato Kastritsi "Enigma and fairy tale, the bean and the chickpea, we will have a good time, let there be children there!", Private Kindergarten Nautilus, "A day with the radio", 46^th Elementary School of Patras, "What, what, what, what is in the box", Arsakeio Elementary School of Patras, "With the Museum guide I learn, play, create!", 2^nd  Elementary School of Patras, "Cell phone mania", Model Experimental Elementry School of the University of Patras, "Mr.Ear and Mrs. Voice, Guess what", and "The magic phone".

The event ended with educational games specially designed by the STM UP for kindergartens and primary schools.
