Cultural Network "Photography and Museum:Seeing, Recording, Experiencing, Remembering”

The  Science and Technology Museum of the University of Patras, the Department of Cultural Affairs of Primary Education of Achaia, the Museums of the city and Primary Schools of Achaia organize for the school and academic year 2016-2017 the Thematic Cultural Network "Museum and Photography: Seeing, Recording, Experiencing, Remembering" .

Objectives of the network:

Students to get in touch with the art of photography.

Get to know museum spaces from a different perspective.

To act within them.

To photograph their museum experience.

To accept the museum as a place of action and interaction.

To choose it in their free time.

Collaborate and develop extroversion through networking within the cultural network.

To support and exhibit their works.

Activities that will include the network:

• Training Day with an experiential seminar for teachers for photography.
• Visit to museums in the city / participation in educational activities – photography.
• Organization and participation in photo exhibitions in the participating museums.
• Participation in a central event of the cultural network, open to the educational community and the local community.
